Step1. Find where white sausages are served. This should not be too hard in Munich, but if you have trouble, ask the locals for a place that serves great white sausages. In Zhongshan you just go to Bellavista for the Sunday Brunch or anytime to Alex’s Bar.
Step2. Order a beer to accompany the white sausages. A lighter in color beer pairs up well, such as Lagerbier Hell, Pils or a Weihenstephan Hefe Hell. .
Step3. Place the whole sausage on the plate.
Step4. Using a fork to hold the sausage, gently slice the casing lengthwise with your knife.
Step5. Peel the casing back with your fork and pull out the meat. It is delicate, so don't rush.
Step6. Enjoy the meal. This can be one of the most memorable and delicious breakfasts you will ever eat, The Pretzel and the Beer are the best friends of the white sausages.
